University of Akron Goonsquad took the Ohio Valley Region by surprise, sweeping the first day of Regionals, in Allentown,PA,  3-0 in pool play. To finish out the tournament, and their season, Goonsquad tied for 7th. A big shout out to the girls team Akron Gold Diggers for breaking seed and taking 5th place at their Regionals
